The brand identity process takes about six weeks (or 10-12 if packaging is also required), and the branding + web process takes about 10-12 weeks. We prioritise giving each client the attention and creative energy they deserve! Trust us — it’s definitely worth the wait.

For established brands looking to rebrand or to design the next iteration of their brand, there may be times when it’s appropriate to design an evolution that maintains recognisable elements of your existing brand identity. However, this still requires a holistic approach rather than adding old elements to new, which typically leads to an ad-hoc pieced-together look. With our creative process, we’ll create the right next step for your brand.

Copywriting and SEO can be included in your package by request. Great copy helps tell a compelling story and can greatly increase your conversion rate. Plus, a skilled copywriter can write copy that incorporates your keywords to level-up your SEO (search engine optimisation), thus making your website more discoverable. 

If you don’t (or don’t know how to) complete your own SEO keyword research to identify your top keywords for your website, our SEO strategist can help you with this. 

Yes, we do offer a product photography service, please contact us for more information. We do highly recommend having professional product photography for your website – an image truly speaks 1000 words and will improve your conversion rate instantly.

Yes! A non-refundable 33% deposit is required to hold your spot on our calendar. The remaining two payments are due mid-way through the project and upon completion, so you can confidently invest in your business with ease.

Absolutely! Upon final payment at the end of the project, you become the full owner of the designs. We reserve the right to display our work in our portfolio.

Even though it can be a costly investment for a start-up, a unique, professionally-designed brand will almost always save you time and money in the long run. Although it’s entirely dependent on you and your financial situation, if you’re a start-up and can budget for bespoke branding then I would almost always say yes do it. Make sure you find a designer that has a style you love and is right for your business. A good brand designer will work closely with you to position your business, will help you get more out of your marketing efforts and stand out from your competition.

We believe that a logo on its own isn’t enough to position your brand successfully in the marketplace. To really differentiate your brand and connect with the right customers, you need a full brand identity. Yes, it’s one of the biggest investments you’ll likely make, at least in the early stages of your business. But having your unique vision perfectly represented quickly pays dividends – just ask our clients!

Yes. Once you have committed to the project and locked in your start date, you must have all content ready to go by our agreed upon start date. This may include (but is not limited to) page text and imagery for a website project, branding ready for social templates, or your business name and identified ideal target audience for branding design. 

If you pay your deposit to book your spot but then do not have your content ready to go, you will be bumped to the next available spot and required to pay a 10% rescheduling fee to.

The majority of our communication will take place through email, digital forms, and recorded screen-shares. We’re BIG fans of screen-recordings because it allows us and our clients to chat through our thoughts while pointing out specific items within the design. It also allows us to replay it as many times as needed, ensuring nothing gets missed. In addition, there will be a few opportunities to have a Zoom call if you want to chat through any strategy pieces, overarching design direction, and any process questions.

No. Due to the nature of our work, we cannot offer a refund. We do our best to make sure we’re a good fit to work together before we start, and encourage you to view our portfolio in advance to ensure you love our style.
